Our vision is to “Design a collaborating and engaging ecosystem where everyone can grow into a satisfied person and successful professional”.
Talentjourney project aims to narrow skills gap in manufacturing sector, in the field of IoT in smart manufacturing, which focuses on user-oriented, user-friendly and eco-friendly solutions.
Talentjourney will establish basis to create completely new educational paradigm and environment, an open and innovative space, networking and sharing ecosystem, where everybody will be able to discover his/her potentials, develop them to knowledge excellency, professionalism and personal satisfaction.
What are we trying to achieve
Project milestones
Special milestones will be: designing EU and regional stakeholder ecosystems; sustainability of data collecting, professional trainer/teacher/leadership development and of stakeholder ecosystems.
Industry partnership
Project partnership wants to bring VET stakeholder collaboration to excellence in content and ways of VET provision in order to innovate, act agile and improve responsiveness of VET providers to the needs of industry 4.0 and new era society and become as such a real world example for the excellence in IoT field.
Project outputs
Main project outputs will be: data collection on skills needs; trans-national curricula and life-long trainings development; testing and prototyping the services for Talentjourney; trainings for professional development of trainers/teachers as tutors, leadership; master class trainings.
