Define & Ideate phase of WP 5 included User journey, Vision and Service blueprint. 7 learner journeys were created, representing young and adult learners from different regions. Life-long learner journey was created combining commonalities between the 7 learner journeys. ‘Vision’ included mission and vision definition, as well as 6 foundational principles for the Talentjourney platform as well as further understanding/definition of the value delivered for
main platform users. Service blueprint was created with insights from 3 workshops, one of them exclusively with learners and consisted of 6 different phases: discovering, enrolling, learning, concluding and transitioning from TJ.
