Being aware of the importance of cooperation with the economy and keeping up with technology development, we joined the Talentjourney project.
The working team was formed. Team members are: Jože Drenovec – director of ŠC Kranj, Sašo Bizant – lecturer at ŠC Kranj, Saša Kocijančič – Data Protection Officer, Natasa Kristan Primšar – head of ICEC and Sašo Stanojev – expert.
We attended the introductory meeting in Hamburg from 25 to 27 November 2020. At the meeting we met with partners, participated in workshops for WP presentations to define more precisely the theme of the project
In WP2 Skills need research in the manufacturing sector focused on Connectivity Devices and Services / CDS was led by Elfl Tech e.v. After the intervieves were prepared we visited the following companies: Domel, Elaphe, Iskraemeco, Lotric Metrology, Inden. It tureds out that in Slovenia companies are aware of the importance of IoT, but they are developmentally early. During the intervieves we had a unique possibility to find out more about situation in the companies.
